Baked Cinnamon and Sugar Pita Chips

My husband absolutely loves these! They smell amazing when they're baking and taste soo good warm. I'd recommend pairing these with Fruit Salsa, however they make an awesome snack by themselves. 

 Whatcha’ need:

·         About 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
·         Sugar and cinnamon mixture **
·         Butter (melted)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush tortilla with melted butter, sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon and sugar mixture over the top. 

Cut into chip sizes.
 Place on cookie sheet and bake for around 10 minutes. Repeat until tortillas are gone.

** I make my cinnamon and sugar mixture at home, but you can also buy it at the grocery store. If you’re making it at home, it’s kind of a guessing thing. 1 cup of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon makes a good starting point.
